GARLAND work with Kennedy Wilson on Ireland's Largest Residential Scheme

GARLAND is proud to be working with client Kennedy Wilson on Ireland’s largest residential rental scheme at Clancy Quay. After seven years of redevelopment, Clancy Quay is now the largest private rent sector (PRS) development in Ireland with 845 units offering capacity for more than 2,800 residents.

 

We are working with Kennedy Wilson to deliver the final phase of 442 luxury dwellings, providing Assigned Certifier services throughout, in a unique mix of conservation of the existing protected structures alongside new build housing. GARLAND has a rich history in conservation, experience put to great use in preserving and conserving the nine Barracks structures, Stables and Officers’ Mess buildings. Clancy Quay is now nearing completion with just one phase left. On completion GARLAND will have delivered 442 residential units in both refurbished buildings and new build housing, read more here.
