Ciarán Cadogan

Ciarán is an Associate Engineer with Engineers Ireland and has been a valued member of the GARLAND team in Limerick since 2018. He leads project teams focused on delivering high-quality residential developments across Ireland and is passionate about sustainable design and environmentally responsible building practices.

He is currently acting as Client Technical Advisor and Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) for the landmark Opera Square development in Limerick—a transformative urban project comprising new structures and the conservation of 16 heritage buildings set around a pedestrianized square in the city’s Georgian quarter.

Prior to his engineering career, Ciarán worked as a Retail Sales Manager (2004–2012), where he successfully led store operations, managed teams, and drove sales performance across key metrics.
