Brian is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow Professional Consulting Engineer, and a distinguished member of both Engineers Ireland and the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland (ACEI). With over 35 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, Brian has consistently delivered high-profile projects across the healthcare, education, and industrial sectors throughout Ireland.
A graduate of University College Dublin, Brian holds an Honours Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management. He is renowned for his practical, results-oriented project management, and his ability to provide honest, reliable, and responsive service to clients. He maintains long-standing relationships with many of Ireland’s largest healthcare and educational institutions and multinational clients.
Brian has been instrumental in the ongoing development of major hospitals, including St. James’s Hospital and Tallaght Hospital in Dublin, and is widely respected for fostering long-term client relationships built on trust, flexibility, and technical excellence.

Former Chairman of the Finance Committee and member of the Executive and Council of Engineers Ireland

Former Executive Member of ACEI during the establishment of the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations (BCAR)
As Convenor of the ACEI Building Control Committee and a member of the Construction Industry Council BCAR Technical Group, Brian is uniquely positioned to act as Assigned Certifier on complex projects. He also lectures extensively on BCAR and contributed to the Engineers Ireland-led “State of Ireland 2019 Housing Report”.
In recognition of his standing in the profession, Brian was appointed by the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government to the Professional Conduct Committee of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
